Re: Anyone for a scrimm?

GraveDancer, welcome to Tactical Gamer and I, as well as all of us I'm sure, are glad you came over to be in our community. I am not able to join your scrimm team, due to real life, but many others will for sure. Keep up the good play and please let others know of our mature playing style.

Peace

5 vs 5?

Like 5 full squads vs 5 full squads? Plus 1 commander.

Welcome to the TG forums GraveDancer. You should PM either Tempus or Bommando, they usually take care of organizing exernal scrims.

Cheers.

No, he means 5 individuals vs 5 other individuals, no commander. This is common in leagues. Why anyone would take a large, squad-based game and turn it into Counter-Strike is beyond me.

Re: Anyone for a scrimm?

I'll ask around. This might be fun for someone. Can't do any harm to play can it?

One thing though: We kind of prefer playing our way. E.G: No bunny hopping, suicide tactics, etc. This might be completely contrary to your practice efforts, since TWL doesn't have those rules. Let me know if you'd be prepared to forsake the hopping and RDX jeeps etc and we might be able to find someone to take you guys on

Re: Anyone for a scrimm?

TWL rules for 5vs5. best out of three. No orbital strikes, no vehicles allowed. FF is 100% on this means claymores kill friendlys. emp, uav, sat track is allowed.

There shouldnt be a problem with bunny hopping as it actually can make you a bigger target anyway and since there is no vehicles you cant have suicide jeeps.

Tactics, skill and teamwork are what will win the match. From the times I have been on your conquest server I know you have the teamwork...

Re: Anyone for a scrimm?

Still I don't like the 5vs5. It kind of ruins the whole feel of the game with such few numbers. So I don't think I would ever do this.
