Re: About that Ribbon
Just keep it up. My best round ever (score of 106, 9 deaths), I had 54 teamwork points, one shy of the ribbon.
I'd reccomend going medic on an infantry heavy map and focusing on reviving and healing. I'm not sure what size server would be best - the less people, the longer you have to get the points. The more people, well the more opportunity for rez points you have. This might be the only time i'd ever suggest using smoke grenades, because you won't be focusing on killing. The smoke might, just might, give you the extra edge you need to get the hard rezzes... Of course compared to PoE smoke nades, bf2142 ones do absolutely nothing. ![]() |

Re: About that Ribbon
You can always try an underpopulated server as those games tend to last longer. Usually that's best for getting knife and explosives badges but it's surprising how many teamwork points you can rack up just keeping one squad member alive as an army of 2. Plus you'll get a good chunk of your points from flag captures.
Grabing other player's kits also helps. Just grabing the kit of the moment (to blow up enemy assets or repair a vehicle) temporarily is a good way to go. Even if you loose your Medic kit it wont take long to find another one. The trick is that you can get multiple health/ammo packs down as long as the kit it came from remains in play. So pick up a Supports kit, drop his ammo pack, and then revive him. He'll keep you ammo pack in play until he dies or places a new one. It's a good way to get those last few points you need. I've also tried a few unorthodox strategies to get those awards. Just shooting people in the chest and never killing anyone with a sniper rifle worked well. A good mortar gunner in Berlin got me close but he killed them so fast our team rolled them right off the map before I broke 50 points. I've also found you get more points as an Engineer by spreading the mines out so they do partial damage to vehicles. The advantage is that the enemy driver is probably going to spot 5 mines, one mine he might mistake for an Engineer and keep driving allowing you to do partial damage and get a kill assist (also a good strategy on defence in normal circumstances).

Re: About that Ribbon
Three words: pubbie Titan server. The rounds can last longer (they can also be quite short if one team is incompetent in Titan defense), and all sorts of additional actions and situations give teamwork points, such as Titan gun destruction or repair, or throwing down a medic/ammo hub in a corridor defense situation.

Re: About that Ribbon
You do realize KnP servers are against the ROE right? Lately people have been talking about them on TG a lot. It's bizarre.

I can't seem to get the medic one either. I haven't gotten the ribbon yet because of the time needed but I have gotten 60 teamwork score a couple of times. As has been said a titan server is your best bet. As soon as the round starts rush out and start capping silos. Throw down ammo hubs at each one. I've found ammo points a hell of a lot easier than heal/revives. Also set down sentry guns and if they somehow manage to kill someone you get the silo defense point too. If the other commander moves the titan to where you can shoot out the guns easy then do it but focus more on capping silos. Titan mode they change so often that you should be able to get 30+ points before your shields go down. Right before your shields go down set up defense. Remember to always throw down ammo hubs those apm/rdx/nade spammers help a lot with ammo points. |

Re: About that Ribbon
Healing points are hard to get because people usually die before you get to them.

Re: About that Ribbon
Well, with the new patch, heal points will be easier to get.
"*Heal and repair points awarded after a 50% heal / repair instead of 100% heal / repair."

Re: About that Ribbon
Even harder than heal points are the repair points. I have played a lot of engineer and have made an effort to do as much repairs as possible lately and still only have 36 repair points total.
