Windows on a Mac book?

Ya, i was wondering if it would be possible to put a compatible mac windows os on a macbook from a flashdrive storage device, does anyone know how to do this, and if so where do you get the required programs from?

Do you mean like a file transfer? I know you can boot up with Windows using Boot Camp. However I believe you need to perform a clean install. Also the Windows OS needs to be XP service pack 2 or Vista on the boot disc.
