"calm SL" - I always love beeing in Silvers Squad - I always expect something along the line like "Ok Gentlemen - Move to this position and teatime for 5 minutes!"

The movie was nice, too - most squads dont even make it remotly close up to that flag!

I think many people don't realize that that flag has a very tight capture radius and you really need to be right beside the thing to capture it.

I imagine Silver yelling 'Yes, well.... Victory is mine!' like Stewie from The Family Guy if he got the flag.

The Cerbere Landing flag is imo the best defendable flag in the whole 2142.

- Attackers need to fight uphill - only able to pass thru a choke point or a wide open area
- Attackers need to go up stairs
- The flag is wide open to gunfire, rockets and grenades
- The flag goes down only very slow
- The base has 2x Rosch

rockets were my bain on that flag assault, that flag is easy picking for rockets

Great game!
That was 1 hard flag to cap. But with a great SL and good teamwork we did it

Cerebere CC flag is one that MUST be booby-trapped by the side trying to take or keep it in case of massive rush. I remember an almost perfect CC rush and capture that was destroyed when the eng was trying to disarm all the RDX around the flag, accidentally tripped a well-hidden apm, and then the recon hidden on CC detonated the RDX before the flag was neutralized, and wasted us all. That side kept the flag the rest of the game as that gave them time to reorganize, re-trap the flag, and form a more solid defense.

nice attempt, and you almost had it. If your squad would have just got 1 more person on the flag. I hate it when that happens. "ok, go go go" you start running, take cover for your sprint to come back, then you look back, and the rest of your squad is just sitting there trying to look usefull.

I found it funny that you told them about the APMs, yet 2 of them ran straight into them :/

Dunno if you were just trying to surpress the enemies on that other roof when you ran up to the flag the first time (before the first APM goes off) but don't spray with the Krylov at that range, it's just not gonna do anything :P
