Well, what EA DID do right in this patch was fix how they allocated medic points.

First, you get a medic point if you heal more than 50 points on a person (not yourself) whether you've deployed a hub or are just holding it. Beforehand, you got a medic point for every 100 points you healed somebody ONLY from a deployed hub.

Second, I was on the EU side on silver's squad, defending toll. Instead of regaling you with my medic excellence, I'll let my after-game screenies brag for me.

lol, the same thing happend to me the first game i played under the new patch. it felt like christmas.

The only thing that annoyed me was that I respawned with the wrong kit (grrr), and thus that guy got ahead of me in the EU rankings by JUST ONE POINT simply b/c I respawned with the wrong kit and it was too late in the round to scrounge up an assault kit. Else that silver star would've been mine.

<---has only managed to win the bronze star.....several times already.

Thing was that I was #1 in points across the board for the vast majority of the game. I see how our CO suddenly shot up there, so that's cool, but I wanted to see my name #1 on there since I had such a solid lead.


Funny thing is that its amazing how easy it was to collect all those points by doing what I always did as a medic. Guess EA somehow thinks that by me dedicating myself to mostly just keeping the men around me alive that I deserve 1520 points.

Then again, I'd already met the pretty stringent med-hub hours and total heals reqs long ago. Its just that they never were counting points healed correctly.
