Hey, I was banned about two years ago, I don't remember why (proably talking back to an admin) I wanted to say sorry and ask if I could be unbanned? My steam ID is STEAM_0:0:10014092 if I can be unbanned. Just wanted to play a real game of CS, without a little kid in the background screaming at me about being a n00b, pwned, or fag. Later.

You need to direct your attention to the SOP's and then follow the correct procedure. Posting in public is not going to help your case.
