The PoE Mod ROCKS!

Hey all,

Had my first game of PoE last night (after it was recommended by someone in the BFII general forum) on the TG PoE server - bloody hell, the PoE mod is *incredible* - better than most paid-for expansion packs! I was told it was polished, I never expected it to be *that* polished!

The server was a little quiet, but had a good couple of games - the maps are great, especially on the smaller sizes - lots of little skirmishes going on, lots of flanking - excellent!

See you on the battlefield!

glad to see you Dsteel. Check out the PRM mod too. I think PRM is getting the lion's share of attention at the moment. Both mods are good though.

Glad you enjoyed it, last night was one of the slowest nights we've had lately. Keep checking it out, especially on the weekend. Hopefully, the new stuff will have the server packed 24/7 again.

Boo DICE for failing to support for the mod community. Yay, PoE devs for making their mod anyway! Yay TG for playing games the way they are meant to be played!

It is probably because I snuck in and grabbed a few of the TG guys to run thru a couple of new Maps for the upcoming (dont ask when) release of the next major version of PoE:2.

Hmm a new tank, a new weapon? That's an update? I hope there is more then that they can offer. What difference does a new skin make?
