The correct answer is: any other movie ever made, excluding starwars I or III. Yes, even Will Ferrell movies (and that guy deserves to be put down with hundreds of pokes with a low-voltage cattle prod...he has no talent whatsoever).

It saddens me as a hardcore SW fan, that I have to agree with you. Perhaps I might disagree on the exact order in which the worst 3 films of all time should be ranked, but eps 1, 2 and 3 are all there. Perhaps they should have been called the phantom pants, attack of the pants and pants of the sith.
