Pub Raid with CARramrod

I logged on and saw CARramrod was playing on a gibraltar 24/7 and joined the server.

We squaded up and against a server of normal pubbies it was all too easy. I felt like a super soldier. Has anyone else found this when pub raiding?

We could almost cap flags at will. A few people joined my squad and sometimes they would spawn on me and sometimes they would follow me to objectives. VOIP was not enabled on the server. Most of the time it was just Carramrod and me storming flags.

At one point we got them down to just the ruins, CAR and me went in and just the two of us got it neutral, JUST THE TWO OF US ! We did'nt quite get the flag but it just shows you what a bit of coordination and teamwork can do.

I just got off a pub server in camp gibby. I racked up 13 kills and no deaths until the last couple minutes. I got spawn raped twice at the very end of the round. 13-2 is still good for me. Normally my kills and deaths on the TG server are about equal. (K/D ratio is exactly 1) Proof that TG actually makes you a better gamer...or just makes everyone else look terrible. =)

It just says something about the company of friends you keep on TG *evil grin*...and enemies.

Yes, I have had the same experience. Playing yesterday in a pub server, because our was empty, and had 4 people join my squad. They all worked well with me and we ended up with a squad score of 200+. Amazing, everyone else was just running around like chickens with thier heads cut off.

Fun rounds, Silver. A little organization goes a looong way on pub servers. A single squad can do serious damage. Sometimes it's hard to remember that flags to most pubbies are just spawn points. To us, they are pure glory.
