Irregs Night AAR for Sunday 1-Apr-07

Okay Irregs,

I spent my Sunday Irregulars Night on the PR server, and got to squad up with these butt kickers at various times:

• TG-Irr Cappy
• TG-Irr Bc2ID
• |TG-Irr|Viper
• Jeepo_SAS
• |TG-Irr|A><is
• TG-Irr Belhade
• |TG-Irr|Sam_Hoy
• and some non-Irregs too!

First off...I had a pretty "off" night and had a hard time getting anything going (way too many distractions). That was a bit frustrating. However, due to my issues, the medics I was working with had plenty of opportunity for some heroic and clutch revives! Hats off to the medics!!

Once again...if you can, try to linger in TS as it makes it way easier to coordinate invites etc. The "etc." being things like "...thanks for leading us into another ambush Goat...", or "...Goat, how about getting Viper to squad lead for awhile..."

Now, what about our BF2142 guys...what have you been up to on Sunday/Thursday Irregs nights!?! Report soldier!

yeah, I don't see too many Irregs on the BF2142 server on Irregs nights. Maybe 3 or 4.

thats what im saying,, we make it a night that we know EVERYONE can attend and wala... PR on tuesdays and Sundays is hard for me unless i play early becasue i get up for work at 5am ... and im gettin old and 5am is gettin realy early

fridays and Saturdays are best for me but hay we all cant have what we want.

BUT EVERY NIGHT FOR THE NEXT 2 WEEKS IS FINE FOR ME BECAUSE IM ON VACATION TILL THE 16th

I'm down with that. I wouldn't like to have to choose between PR and 2142 if we don't have to.

PS: this is the 1990's-2000's street vernacular usage of the term "down", e.g. "I Wanna Be Down" (Brandy, 1994) as opposed to the 60's and 70's use of the word as a sentiment implying opposition, e.g. "Down with the war!" or the 40's and 50's use in African-American Blues culture, as in Lightnin' Hopkins' introit to "Prison Blues", with his cousin, Alexander, singing counterpoint in the background, ca. 1946: "Th' Blues come down on me...(Lor' have mercy, chil'), Po' old Lightnin' cain't hardly keep from cryin'."
