Awards Server Busted Again?

My awards haven't updated for a few days, so I wanted to check if this was a universal problem. While I have received the points for the awards received in combat, they do not update in BFHQ, nor do my hours of play update in BFHQ for the time-dependent awards.

Nothing urgent, but curious if I'm the only one or not. If anyone knows a solution, I'd appreciate that as well. Happy Easter all, and take care.

I have heard of others experiencing exactly the same problem, so you're not the only one. I'm not sure if I had this problem too, since I don't check bf hq that much. I have one other weird problem with the awards, though: every single round I play I get the PAC duty ribbon, for free (even when I'm on EU)! It's really weird but I don't really care since that's just 50 free points every round lol.
I'm not sure what we can do about this but I guess we'll just have to wait for EA/Dice to fix this. (or don't - I like 50 free points.. imagine how much that is if you play alot... )

It'll pass. I'm sure no stats will be lost. I haven't had an update in a few days.

There is nothing you can do about it. Just ride it out and it'll come back online, more than likely with your stats intact.

Same thing happens to me. Last night I was about 100 points over the amount I needed to get promoted, yet it didn't promote me. This morning I played a few rounds and in the first minute of gameplay I was promoted. Just give it some time and your stats will be updated and nothing will be lost. I also sometimes join a round and I won't have any of my unlocks. Anyone else get this too?

Yeah it's quite annoying but you never lose anypoints they are still there somewhere on the record. Hopefully when they do fix it they will reset the awards again. Getting 4000 free points after a few rounds is always nice to get.
