You were killed by BUG?

I kept getting this repeating message today while commanding.. it read "You were killed by (insert name here)." I saw about 10 different names show up in about 10 seconds.... of course i was standing there alive. It did not seem to mess up game performance...

I kept getting that while commanding. I was alive as well. Didnt seem to hurt anything though.
