Creating Signatures

Another Noob question. I've uploaded a pic to use as a signature but it's not showing. Do I need to enter text in the box above to display it?

use the img tag to insert your sig. click the "signature" option in your usercp and enter in ["img]image.url.here[/"img]
Leave out the " marks and it will work.
keep in mind sig images have a maximum height/width/filesize.

While I'm here, can someone point me in the right direction for how to enter the tag into the game correctly. I've read up on what it means to wear them and will represent accordingly. I've read it in a earlier thread but can't seem to find it now. Thanks!

Go to \My Documents\Battlefield 2142\Profiles
Then Open Global.Con in Notepad.

It should look something like this:

GlobalSettings.setDefaultUser "0001"
GlobalSettings.setLastOnlineUser **STUFF HERE**
GlobalSettings.setEncryptedLogin **STUFF HERE**
GlobalSettings.setNamePrefix "|TG-3rd|"

Change your setNamePrefix to "|TG|" (pipe Tee Gee pipe)
It won't show the pipes in the text box when you load in, but they can be seen in game.

Alternatively, you can type that in the box in game, but it is more error prone because you can't see them.
