Constant Kick

I am constantly kicked, even before I get on, even if there is a low number of players. Did I do something to make your ban list??

Is this just on TG servers or ALL servers?

Just TG. My game name is Bk_Seal. It has been this way for a long time. I have always been a team player. If it is a ban, I am not sure what the reasoning would be.

If it is TG only, i cant help you one of the TG admins will have to do so. Good luck.

It isn't any of the reasons in section 4, and I can play for a short time sometimes. I was wondering if there was a ban in effect. I will take it up with the admin. If that is not the case, I hope you guys will help me get stable on your servers. It is a fun place to play and it is the only server I have this problem with. Many thanks again.

Sounds like a technical problem. I would think any kind of ban would not let you on for even a short amount of time. It would help if you stated what happens when you get kicked. Is it punkbuster? do you get the green kick notice on the ticker at the top of the screen before you are kicked? ...

I don't understand how it only happens with our server.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game?

I have been down the re-install path. The only thing I can think of is this:

If the server fills up, (which it always does), IF the kicks to make room for members is done alphabetical - my in-game name starts with a "B" so I could be the first one kicked. It is always a punkbuster kick. It is the only thing I can come up with.

Thanks for shooting that theory full of holes PanzerHans. I don't get the "to make room for a paying member" message. I'd remember that one. I'll try it in a bit and write the message I get down. Thanks everyone for helping.

Hmm, try manually updating your Punkbuster files. I remember having a similiar issue like that in BF2.

I only played that one game, I am interested to try it when the game gets full. I did update punkbuster manually, as suggested. Hopefully that was the trick. Again, I appreciate the help.
