Last night, there was some great action on the Northern Strike server. The fun started on the Liberation of Leipzig map, where several squads battled to gain control of this city’s moonlight streets. It was fantastic to see teams starting to use the Goliath in conjunction with ground troops and there were several lengthy skirmishes for key Control Points. Not to be outdone, the Hachimotos proved to be a real pest for Battlewalkers and made some great quick strafing runs on enemy flags.

Port Bavaria brought another chance to play some Titan. Both rounds were a lot of fun and it will be very interesting to see how squads go about developing strategies for this exciting game mode. The balance between concentrating on the silos and defending or attacking the Titans is quite interesting and should bring a whole new dimension of tactical play to the community.

This marks two straight nights of outstanding play on the Northern Strike server. The different maps and game modes have been a real pleasure to play with other members and a great alternative to the Conquest rotation.
