Got pork?

![]() If this is real, it's very impressive. I didn't realize pistol calibers went as high as 50 cal.

Re: Got pork?
Ever heard of the Desert Eagle? There's a .50 cal AE version of that.

Re: Got pork?
Think of it this way. A wild bored of normal size are very pissy, like chase you up a tree pissy. This kid had to kill him or he was basically dead, and probably eaten.
Nice pig though. I would have missed and emptied the clip, shaking as he was moveing along.

Regardless of caliber, if you don't make a killing shot, you're never going to find an animal that you shoot. Animals don't watch TV and don't realize that they're supposed to fall over when they're shot. They'll haul butt to a safe place, where they'll either lick their wounds and recover or bleed to death.

Re: Got pork?
Good god, the kid looks like he's packing a customized 6" Colt .50.
I'm confused, what was the story behind this animal's dismal death and what animal is this?

Re: Got pork?
Whereas I'm not big on hunting in general , I wouldn't be hunting pigs that size with a .50 cal pistol. I'd probably load up my 12 gauge with 1 oz. slugs or just go for broke with my dad's 10 gauge.
