Tactical Gamer Defeats Team RIP
We recently set up an impromptu scrim against Team RIP with a combined team of 7th and 3rd members.
This was a no-holds-barred scrim where anything goes, so it was going to be an interesting change from the TG servers. The map was 16p Verdun with 12 v 12 and COs allowed. All rounds were pretty similarly played out, with their entire team steering their pods all over the map and getting picked off one by one by our team. While the pods did disrupt cohesion a bit, it isolated their team members and prevented revives. It also allowed us to hold the majority of flags and exert heavy bleed. On a couple of rounds, we held all capturable flags while they were scattered all over the map. CO: Experiment Squad 1 (Infantry):
Squad 2 (Infantry):
Squad 3 (Armour):
Round 1: TG PAC Win 75-0 Round 2: TG EU Win 56-0 Round 3: TG EU Win 81-0 I missed screenshots of the first round, but here are the last two. |

Re: Tactical Gamer Defeats Team RIP
This match was FAST. Each map took what seemed like less than 5 minutes. Bleed in these small 100 ticket rounds spells a loss so quickly. The server we played on had VOIP disabled. All 12 of us were in the same teamspeak channel. It was very amusing to hear us try to use coms effeciently, everyone was talking very fast to free up time.
Best part of the round: When fehmart was revived without any squad leader gear. Effecient use of coms at that point turned into a bit of a rant, which I could not stop laughing at (no offense, but it was pretty funny :P) It was an enjoyable experience and all players involved represented TG well. Thanks to team rip for a GG, and better luck next time.
