AAR: 5/25 Port Bavaria

Frosty Friday, Port Bavaria, my first video. Music has some objectionable language in places... enjoy.

I wish I had recorded the first round too.

Thanks... the detail should be top notch... I paid enough for it. lol. Now I just have to figure out where the buzz from my mic input is coming from.

Yeah I think I heard that a little at the start of the video

Fraps and 2142 don't get along. Everybody has to do a series of small experiments to find the settings that work for their rig, once you have those settings I suggest taking screen prints so that they can recreated in the future if need be. I reckon the buzz is to do with mic volume in windows settings. I suggest lower windows mic volume, lower volume settings in BF2142 and up the output volume to speakers.

Very nice video Draeh!

I'm a little upset you didn't record the earlier rounds too... I was squad leading the earlier rounds.

Those were some great rounds.

Fantastic video, draeh! It was very interesting to see the round from the perspective of another squad member. My favorite moment had to be toward the end, when we ran into a buzz saw surrounding the Military Barracks. Within the span of a few seconds, you hear over VoIP …

DaddyOfThree: “Daddy down.”
Lorax74: “Lorax down.”
Draeh: “Draeh down.”
Pfeil2281: “Pfeil down.”

This also showcases some great action at Port Bavaria for anyone interested in the Northern Strike maps.

I know... we totally owned the first round at Port Bavaria... I just forgot to hit F9. I really wanted that one too.

Oh well, there is always next time.

Great vid Draeh and great choice of music. What was the instrumental only song, didn't recognize that one?

That has to be my favorite NS map, always good rounds there. Thanks for the effort on the vid, great watch.

Nice!

Can you bring the music volume down a bit?

For those that asked, here is the video without soundtrack. Enjoy!
