The Hunted -- Alpha Match Scheduling

We're beginning the process of setting up the alpha match with Apophis. It will probably be easier to work this through a forum thread, so here we are. Can the following participants post what dates/times work out best for them?

I'll also get Apophis to jump in here.

Maps
Round 1: Albasrah (see clarification)
Round 2: Map TBD by Apophis

Alpha Match participants
1. Portable.Cougar (PST) / Nerds_r_Cool (PST) / SuperCracker (PST)
2. BobertMan (GMT-8) / |TG-12th|Project (MDT)
3. w.warehouse (??) / khaerus (EDT)

Match Date/Time
Tuesday, June 12th @ 9pm Eastern
Please report on teamspeak 20 minutes prior (8:40p)

We'll get rolling as soon as everyone shows up.

Yeah... I tried to start scheduling already, too. Anyway, here's a portion of that PM. Info still is accurate:

w.WAREHOUSE and I are both EST (eastern US time.)
For us, M-F: 8 PM- 12 midnight are ok, with 10 PM to midnight preferred.
Weekends can be pretty much anything. Obviously, Sat 2 June from 5 PM EST- on is out (due to the in-house scrim.)
For me personally, M-F: morning till 7 PM EST is taken up by work/transit and it would be impossible for me to play within those hours.

If all three teams of the Charlie match have already coordinated together, then proceed as planned. Remember that three teams are competing in the same round against Apophis.

If you already have something scheduled, please PM me or the BF Reporter with the date/time so we can ensure the server is setup.

I'll try to get a hold of the blkops guys. I'd like to try and have the scheduling of this match determined by the end of this week. That doesn't mean that match has to take place this week... just figure out a date.

Does the 11th, 12th, or 13th... say around 9pm EDT work?
