Thanks for making me look good

Played a few hours last night (5/30/07). I think I do ok as a squad leader, but I know I still have a long way to go. I just want to thank the TGers that were part of my squads. You guys really made me look good. F-4 Phantom, RedHeiring, Anospa, and all the others who names I am horrible at remembering that I enjoyed squading up with. Thanks again.

I'm pretty sure that

doesn't work so well if you put it in the PM address line.

Yeah, that was a good round with you last night. I just couldn't resist getting myself killed in bad-to-revive-places. Did you play the next round? It was maddness!! We took central within the first 30 seconds and almost capped them out in two mins but they got Toll back. It was utter chaos and hilarity.

Yeah, I was there for that round. The Gibralter maps were a lot of fun. It was some hard fight, but lots of action all around. No SSs of the scores, but there is one posted over in the Random Screenshot thread of a Hang Man F-4 Phantom.

The games last night around 10-11 pm EST were madness. There were at least 5 members of the 21st, 7th, 9th and 3rd on all at the same time. Most of the other players were TG tagged as well. Even the non tagged that joined up in our squads were following orders and playing the TG way. It made for some intense battles. Gilb really stands out for its intensity. Oh, and ignore pablos comment. He is just bitter because his peach fuzz has not filled out yet.

I was playing on the "other" side and damn last night was a good game. My 21st squad was up against a full 3rd and 7th. I hope this trend continues as I wish to get revenge! See you on the Battlefield.

I will second that, last night was crazy. I remember the UAV going up on Camp G. and the entire opposing team had to be on either side of the road going into Toll Station.

I remember on Fall of Berlin trying to take down Lyra and that walker the entire round

I wish I had FRAPS running.

Yeah--that camp Gibraltar round, the one that maintained that brutal front between EU-controlled Toll and PAC-controlled Harbor, was one of the more intense battles I've ever experienced in 2142. That particular game seemed to last forever.

Good stuff, everyone!

Re: Thanks for making me look good

I wish Sc1ence had turned on fraps for about 5 seconds last night. We turned the corner going into Ruin, there's an EU soldier looking down the alley, and Sc1ence pulls out his pistol and crouches right up next to him, scopes in, and plinks away. I asked him what the hell he was doing as I recovered from laughing, and he goes, "I was trying to pistol whip him, forgot right click is scope." Dunno why, but it was one of the funniest things I've seen in this game.

Oh, is that what it was. I thought I heard the right one had dropped but not the left. Oh well. Eventually I am sure.

j/k Pablo. For some reason I always end up on the other team and the other end of your shot gun from you. If I can't get you on the Battlefield, I will just take my cheap shots here.

That was a fun round, but where is this screenshot of me?
