Major and Lieutenant General?

Does anyoe know what exactly you have to do to get those ranks?
I want numbers

The bottom line from what I have read is that EA/Dice has not released this information. There are TONS of guesses and rumors, but nothing official is available...sorry potna...

...and pablo, I want some screenshots of those "sexy" unlocks.

You have to be in a certain percentile of you county to achieve the higher ranks. I believe it's in the top 10% of your country for Major General, possibly the top 5%.

And from what I can tell by looking at the leaderboards, you'll have to do some serious exploiting/stat padding to make it up there.

Hmm from what EA employees have said on their official forums in the past, only 1 person can occupy the top 4 ranks (Lt. Gen., Maj. Gen., 4-star, Sup. Com.)

Anyone have any idea why it is I'm not ranking after Brig. General. I have 77k of 57k needed for the next rank, but nothing. I've played on several other servers in order to fix this as I have in the past, but it's not working this time. Any insight is appreciated.

Brig. General is the "last" rank you can get from points. The last ranks, Major General, Lieutenant General, and Supreme Commander are given to only one per person. I don't know exactly how you can get them though.

I could be wrong, but I believe that to get one of them, you have to be in the top 3 ranked players.

No one really knows how to get them. Most common guesses I hear are getting tons of career points in a week and have a good k/d ratio. Pretty much the best statpadder gets them.

Thanks for the response guys. Hmm....well, I'm hosed then. There are a few unlocks I would have like to have chosen differently if I knew this to be the case.

Once you are Brig. General, the only way to get unlocks (not including field upgrades of course) is by getting the NS awards as you get one unlock for each NS award.

The total number of ranks plus NS awards is equal to (technically I beleive it is one more than) the number of unlocks there are (50).
