VOIP Non-Functional on NS Server

As the title reads, VOIP isnt working on the northern strike server. Makes communication kinda rough.

Edit: Talked to sc1ence, he said he can fix it, but it requires a reboot.

I know rebooting has fixed it in the past. the ports look like they are set up fine. Another admin may know better than I.

Do you actually have to reboot the box or just restart the daemon?
