Snipers nest on Baghdad, Iraq

Note: You have to be an Insurgent.

When you're pushed back to objective Alpha, there's a building with some windows to the left hand side of where the statue is facing. Get a sniper (or two) inside that building on the top floor. How do you do this you may ask? Go to either stairwell, and have a teammate boost you up onto the boards. A prime position where you will NOT be seen* unless by another sniper is the third window from the left. You have a pretty good view of the objective, and the ways to get into the objective. The only problem with this post is your view is slightly limited if Marines hide behind columns and if this happens, it might take you quite a bit to get to Alpha to eliminate the threat to the objective. But if your teammates are doing what they're supposed to be doing, then you shouldn't have that problem. Careful now!

*Chances are though, most people here have damn good vision, so they might see the muzzle flash.

Now that I think about it, if your team's doing what it's supposed to be doing, you shouldn't even be pushed past B. =D

Yeah, I've never seen the USMC win by pushing the Ins back to Alpha.

Funny too, because I think the USMC can hold Charlie better.

Anyhow... I am the world's worst Insurgent sniper. After one shot the scope unzooms, so I never know if I dropped the target or not.

I haven't been impressed with the efforts of any sniper, really. There isn't enough high ground for cover, and the maps don't have enough distance that the sniper rifle would have enough advantage over an automatic.

I prefer the marksman kits because I'm far more effective with the pistol than with any of the other weapons, and it's really nice to be able to zoom in to take long range shots.

Can't lie. I drop dudes with the sniper rifles. I don't like the bi-pod to be honest though. It makes the movement of the scope too pixelly.

The sniper is the only weapon I've been able to effectively lead people with. The guns that fire faster force me to use trial and error, but with the scope, it's just a quick calculation. I don't quite understand it.
