BF2142 Auto-Login Shortcut

I'm always looking for this, wanted to post here so I can find easily, and point people here. Shortcut for auto-logging into EA, selecting a soldier name, and setting screen resolution as well:

"C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 2142\BF2142.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +szx 1280 +szy 1024 +eaAccountName ACCOUNT +eaAccountPassword PASSWORD +soldierName SOLDIER

Replace the all-caps with your appropriate info, and you're good to go. If you routinely play with more than 1 soldier, copy the BF2142 shortcut, and change the SOLDIER name.

Wow, this is great! Now how do you autojoin TG CQC......I know this can be done but I don't know where to look.

There's a third party app for this, don't recall the name of it. If memory serves me right, Hidus may have told me about it...

Probably Xfire or All Seeing Eye.

I remember a thread awhile ago with the command to join a server was around somewhere, I'll try and find it.

Ok, found it. Not sure where if I actually saw a post on these forums about it, but here's what you'd need to add.

"C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\Battlefield 2142\BF2142.exe" +menu 1 +fullscreen 1 +szx 1280 +szy 1024 +eaAccountName ACCOUNT +eaAccountPassword PASSWORD +soldierName SOLDIER+joinServer "SERVER IP INFO" +password "PASSWORD IF ANY"

SERVER IP INFO PASSWORD would be the TG server IP and no password without quotations. There is also a +port command, and I'm not sure if this would be used to go to the specific port (16567 usually), and I haven't tried the command to join a server either yet, so only assuming this works. I'll give it a shot tomorrow when I get home from work to see what's up with it.

TG server IP for those who don't want to go searching: 64.34.161.22:16567
