IT for small companies

I do some work for a small machine shop in the northeastern SF Bay Area (about 12 employees and slightly fewer PC's, plus a Win2003 server). I'd like to find them a regular service company to keep everything going for them. Stuff like keeping their licenses organized, loading Windows, dealing with AV and spyware, doing backups, etc. Do such companies exist? Can anyone recommend one?

You probably find people who will contract out by the hour. I used to know a guy that did we called in for short jobs.

Right now, that's me, and I don't want the job anymore, so I'm hoping to find someone else to do it.
