banned/fratricide

I searched the forums and FAQ, but unfortunately I can't figure out where I should be sending this message; so, I thought somebody on the forums might be able to help.

I've been banned (every time I attempt to connect to a server, it tells me I've been kick voted, so I assume that's a ban) for fratricide. The trouble is, I don't remember killing more than one teammate the entire couple of weeks I've been playing on the Tactical Gamer servers. And, I have never intentionally committed fratricide.

Who do I need to convince in order to have the ban revoked? The Tactical Gamer servers were the best I'd ever played on; more team work than I've seen anywhere else.

I was playing on the POE2 server, if that helps.
