TG Vs Global Conflict Scrim 9/1

This is the third battle between Global Conflict and Tactical Gamer. Global Conflict is a community of similar minded gamers and was recognized as one of the best communities that we have scrimmed against in the past. Our last battle was fierce and we can expect many of the same intense battles this time around.


Scrimmage Summary
Date: September 1st 2007
Time: 2pm EDT (use www.timeanddate.com to work out your difference)
Be on Teamspeak by: One hour prior to event for roll call.
Victory: Victory is determined by total tickets.
Maps: Each map will be played twice with our teams switching between rounds. There will be a short break between Maps to move from their Euro server to their US server.

• Assault on Odessa (64, 550 tickets) IP: 64.34.209.244 (Virginia)

Scrim Specific Rules
Normal TG RULES APPLY
Global Conflict Fairplay Rules (What we can expect)

• No entering the enemy base. Dome of Doom = ON
• No shooting into the enemy base (not by artillery, gun fire, or fire from above)
• EXCEPTION: It is okay to destroy the tomahawk launchers on the carrier
• Artillery tank needs to be driven outside the base before shooting (Odessa).
• No C4 vehicles ( Jihad Jeeps,)
• 20 sec. spawn time
• (No mention of bunnyhopping, it will be toned down from their campaigns but it will happen)

Who can participate?
This event is open to all players who visit our forums.

Note:

• Supporting Members get precedence in the order they sign up, then Non-Supporting Members afterwards. Your SM status at the time of sign-up determines which list you will be on. Once you post, you cannot become a SM later to work your way up the list.
• You can pull out, but if you reconfirm, you will find yourself at the bottom of the roster.
• You may not hand over your spot to another specific player. Your spot will be given to the next available player.
• Become a supporting member before you respond!

How do I sign up?
IMPORTANT NOTICE!
Players who no-show without notice for a scrim may be precluded from participating in the following scrim. Don't let your team mates down! Only sign up if you intend to play all rounds and you must provide at least 24 hours if you need to withdraw.

If more than one full in house squad signs up, we might have to break those up to ensure proper leadership and balance between all squads.


When can I sign up?
This thread will be open on Sunday August 12th at 2pm EDT.


What not to post?

• "What time will it be in my time zone?" Work it out!
• "It's not fair! I keep getting pushed out by Supporting Members!" Become one!
• "I'm on the reserve list. How good are my chances of playing if I show up?" Very, very high. We cannot assure you'll get to play, but there are always drop outs.
