New BF2142 Conquest Server

Okay ladies and gentlemen, in an effort to increase the quality of service and to bring back Battlerecorder we have upgraded our 2142 conquest server.

Get your butts on there and start testing. Provided all goes well tonight, the old server will disappear tomorrow!

surprisingly, my ping went down by about 15.

We have to update some server side configs before we can enable BR.

There's actually a very valid reason for running it without BR enabled. I want a benchmark on the server in terms of load with JUST normal player data. That will then show me what the overhead is for 2142 for BR.

The "whole point" of the new server wasn't just for BR. It was certainly a factor though, just not the sole purpose of the migration.
