Well, I actually should have called it an article review, not a review of the entire blog..

I agree, leadership is a intangible thing of mists and smoke, and just like command presence, it is something that cannot be taught, but can be nurtured and grown. There are those that have in them the ability to be great leaders, but through fate/luck/even choice have not been put in a position to discover that ability.

I find that I'm a average squad member at best, a mediocore SL, but I enjoy the heck out being a CO, and I think I'm a decent one, or at the least better than the CO whose out there on the front lines getting killed.

In a way, the article was a way for me to write out what I think I should be doing, using the feedback as a way for me to learn and improve.
