(It can't be restarted using BF2CC, so one of the big guys is going to have to do a hard reset - PMs sent)

Yes - unfortunately the server needs a hard reset. Regular BF2 admins can't get to it with our remote tool, so we need to be patient and wait for an officer (Apophis, asch, or Tempus) to get home from work.
