Cheers! Made Brig. Gen last night

Thanks to the Legion of Merit award (2000 points!), I'm now a Brig. Gen.
Completely supprised the heck out of me, as I wasn't expecting to have enough points for several days yet, and it is somehow appropriate that I got the promotion while on the TG server.

Thanks everyone that I've been invited to squad up with, and to the community as a whole for giving me a place to hang my hat with pride!

Congratz man!

I actually made Brig. Gen with the same Legion of Merrit ribbon this weekend myself. No kidding!

I'd like to thank the E1st, 7th, 3rd and everybody else for teaching me the ropes after i started here at TG as a noob back in march.

I just hijacked this thread. Cool.

I got my Brig Gen from two consecutive Kill damage assists. Legion of Merit is a much better way to hit that milestone. I got 7 before hitting Brig gen

Keep a tally on how many of those Legion of Merit ribbons you get when the server messes up your rank.

I got my 3rd or 4th one today! I also got a Good Conduct ribbon in the same round which equaled a 2567 point round.

I have gotten over 4800 points in a round from LoM, Good Conduct and Silver+Gold Assault (or maybe support) badges, all of which i had earned previously.
