I was thinking of buying a new camera, but i'm not sure which ones best...

I know this isn't about bf2142 but i've got alot of good advice from you guys before so i thought i'd give this a shot. Right now i'm looking at a "Panasonic DMC-FZ8K Black 7.2 MP", but it's $289.99 which is right at the high end of my budget!! The only requirements i have is that it's...
7.0mp or greater,
it has optical image stablization,
it's black,
and it has 12x optical zoom.
Please help....

Have no opinion on the Panasonic, I've always owned Canon Powershots. Check the main forum list for a good place to ask for advice, or I'd check here for reviews as well:
