Beta already released?

For the life of me I can't figure out what's going on @ InCrysis.com but it seems as if some pre-beta download keys are being released on FilePlanet already.

Anybody make heads or tails of what's going on?

They talked about this awhile ago. You need an account with FilePlanet.com to get access to the beta and beta keys. It started on Monday 9/10 I believe.

Yea, I know about the FB beta but InCrysis.com (the website) claims to have their own Beta key release date - independent of FP.

It's kinda moot to me - I'm psyched for the game but I'd rather just install the demo in a few weeks rather than deal with a beta install then a demo install right after that.

Well the beta is a chance to play multiplayer and the demo is just singleplayer AFAIK.

InCrysis has a deal with IGN that will give them beta keys to hand out. These keys are separate from the FP ones.

If my ISP didn't currently suck hugely, I'd probably sign up. When my town finally decides it wants FiOS, I'll probably shell out the few bucks, from everyone I've talked to, its quite a sweet deal.

inCrysis.com has a pre-registration going for their beta they're partnering with IGN for, so head over there to sign up.

I got my key. Can't play for a few hours though, I'm just on a "break" from work, and damn I'd glad I got home in time, other than that, would of been home later today, and would be to late.

Got my key also, my lazy ass was sleaping so all credit goes to Undead-PM'd him my login crudentials just in case i had to do something. keys are still warm though
