you are working on importing your own face into the game (i'm 50% done, it is taking forever to get proper texture alignment on the eyes)

When you've developed an unreasonable fear of helicopters, despite never having been in one and having no excuse to do so in the foreseeable future.
When you find yourself moving to take cover from overflying helicopters until you confirm that they are blufor and/or the evening news.

When you start assuming everyone knows where the north is and use cardinal directions in everyday situations. (ie. -It's getting cloudy northwest -o.O)

I do the north thing. I have a little compass in my cars HUD and I try to keep track of things around town.
