From The Soldier-Gamers Heart
Just wanted to remind everyone here that Wednesday is Veterans day. So please take the time to say thanks to the men and women who have served and are currently serving. If you can shake their hands and tell them you appreciate all that they have sacrificed. Being a Veteran myself its nice to know that the people still support us. They might not support the fight but they support the troops and that means alot. This community means alot to me so believe me when I say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of the support you guys give to everyone in uniform.
I'm an American Soldier. I'm a brother, a son, a father.
I sacrifice so others may never have to face war or adversity that plagues this nation that we live in.

Word, good post man, here is some history on why we have veterans day. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Armistice_Day
Also wanna thank my canadian and UK bros I deployed with. It was nice to learn how other nations do things. The brittish unit I was with in bucca was a bunch of good guys. Its funny we are supposed to be different but every brittish guy I met over there was just like us.
