Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others

Very interesting read: this guide will help with my almost non-existing leadership skill when playing with you all.

Ok guys, this is not about the guide, talk about what you do as a SL and CO, so that everyone can help you be a better leader.

As a CO, I immediately select someone, preferably an NCO, to get me lemonade on the rocks.

Dude, me and Igor used to do ridiculous missions after everyone had logged off, and jam the VON up with the Cops theme on the MP's mission. I miss that guy. For a dogfaced officer, he was okay.
