Discussion: Armed Assault / ArmA - AAR's & Mission Discussion - Great group on Alpha last night - Great group on last night. Thanks to Blackpython & LZBaker for stepping up to lead.
Great group on last night. Thanks to Blackpython & LZBaker for stepping up to lead. Splitting up made the coms much more manageable. Baker's group had the hardest job on that last AO, keeping almost the entire town engaged while Dagger got into the valley approach on the tower. Was working like a dream until it was so late your team gave up the ghost & the whole defense was funneled right into us at the mouth of that valley! We missed someone taking over as Saber lead once Baker disconnected but soon after the town was captured and we stood around for the debrief screen we'd been working at seeing for 2 days.... .......... .... ... ............. ...........nope....no new mission, no fanfare, we had just done our job & that was all.
Late night gaming on Alpha last night was the most intense CQC that I have seen since I started playing Arma here. Great teamwork all around, we finally prevailed and I was totally drained. Now thats what Arma is all about! Thanks guys. Those that were there know who and what I am talking about so I will leave it at that.
