.bikey and .bisign files
I was wondering how you create these two files for addon distribution, I know it's not necessary but it's for servers that white-list addons. I've searched far and wide on the BIS forums but I fail to find it. Any help is appreciated.
Edit: I've found this http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?t=65247 but I have no idea where to find/how to make the private key.
