Almost looks like a real language!

Oh, do NOT use all 3 of the modules together, it (used to) cause severe problems, but now is simply extra load (opens the thread, checks a condition and leaves).
If you have the AIS (Advanced Injury Simulation) you DO NOT need the FA (First Aid Actions) module. It is called by the AIS module.

where can i find the AIS? all i see is the 3 regular one.. first aid sim, battlefield actions and battlefield clearance

The two modules you are looking for are:
First Aid: Simulation
First Aid: Battlefield Clearance
They have different names in the actual script files, I get them mixed up
