    Wireless gaming

Would you guys recommend playing while on a wireless connection? It's what I have available now (in college apt.), though I know it's not the best option. Would the effects (if any) be decreased since Arma isn't a fast paced, twitch shooter? Or will it be completely unplayable?

    Re: Wireless gaming

I used to play BF2 on my laptop in bed without any side affects. It's not like wireless connections give you loads of lag. It's only when there's interference (ie. walls, other wireless networks) would you notice problems. If that were the case, I think you'd probably notice that web surfing sucked too.

In general you won't have a problem unless you get a lot of disconnects during non-gaming use. I actually now do all my gaming on wireless, but I only have 1 wall in between my PC's and the AP.
