How to install 1.09 to dedicated server?
Hey guys,
I'm trying to install the patch to a dedicated server but it says the game isn't installed. So I copied my beta folder over and did the following,
- Made sure the short cut has start in main arma folder
- added -mod=beta
When I run the short cut, it gives a small window saying
Dedicated host created
Host Identity Created
And that's as far as I get
Any ideas?Jex.

Re: How to install 1.09 to dedicated server?
I can never run the beta mod using -mod=beta with the original executables in the ArmA directory. I had to back those up and replace them with the beta executables from the beta folder to get both my client and the dedicated server to run.

Yep that's it BigC though it's called gos1 or something though the config file is there and it should say the server name (?) - great though now that it's working. Thanks
