Go to ace config found in C:Programfiles/Atari/ArmA/Dta/ACE/ace.clientside.hpp then find the line that says ACE cartdriges then switch the value from 1 to 0 it should boost your framerate

Or you can alter the variables with it on, to get the soft spot.
