    Get started links not working

    Hello people from TG. I know you guys from Project Reality and after watching a lot of TG ArmA video's i decided to give ArmA a try. Bought a copy for cheap and checked the forums.

    I went to the How to get started with ArmA at TG thread (cant make url without 15 posts) to see what I need to play on your server. But when I want to download something, I get redirected to the mainpage of the site. Right now i'm searching manually for the mentioned addons.

    Edit/ Wait! Is this for Arma 1 or Arma 2? If Arma2 then my org post still stands, if for Arma1 then I dont think TG actually has any servers still running it.

    Try this one. The topic in this section seems to be outdated.

    And welcome to the Arma side of TG.

    What?
    TG doesn't have a ArmA server anymore?
    Damn. I choose this one because of the epic battles i heard of. Playing online in Flashpoint/ArmA is very hard (with all the addons and stuff)

    Heh, okay, just so we are on the same page.

    Arma2 refers to this game released in 2009. Steam link
    And Arma 1 refers to this game released in 2007. Steam link
    But everyone tends to call Arma 2 plain ol'e Arma.

    As far as I know TG no longer has any Arma 1 servers up. But we do have active Arma2 servers and the battles can get pretty epic/hectic. Now if you are referring to Arma2 then the link in my first post is still good to go. The addon process is a little intimidating at first but is relativity easy and an all in one process.

    Leme know what I can do to help if you need it.

    Thats pretty confusing....

    Even though, all the addons mentioned in your first post (the one for ArmA2) are all ArmA1 addons (as it seems).
    But damn, i can't run ArmA2...guess it's back to Project Reality
