    I cannot seem to find that there. Anyone have a 8800 with this setting?

    Panzer my roommate has an 8800 and he doesn't have the setting... he actually doesn't have many settings. Seems the drivers are incomplete.

    But this tweak made the game 10x more playable for me. If there are people out there who haven't done it... I recommend you at least try it.

    Hey guys...

    I didn't use Coolbits...I used a program called NvTweak...I think it's now called NvTray..

    that program gave me the render frames option.

    lo there with the new nvidia drivers, they want you to use the new interface, but the old interface can be reinitialised by

    right clickin on ...

    desktop

    Left click on

    properites

    settings

    advanced

    geforce xxxxx (xxxx = whaterver your card is called)

    "control panel user interface" to choose old/classic interface

    then, if one has installed coolbits, the render ahead setting is there under additional 3d settings.

    btw with a 2.4 duo and a 7950 gtx i'd be happy even if i hit 20fps at 8x600 all settings norm or low

    Man I still can't find that setting using nVidia Vista 64, anyone else find it on Vista? I'd like to think I am not a total idiot...

    There's no option on Vista cause there is no coolbits for Vista.
