Look in your my documents folder for a folder called my games. In it, you may find a folder for armed assault. It may be under bohemia interactive or another folder. If so, you may be able to copy those files and move them back once you create your new profile but may need to look at the different files and only copy the one that has your keybinds and options, etc.

I tried changing the name of the folder, and creating a new folder and copying all the files from the old one into the new one, and it reset everything... so I took the time and sorted them out
