Joystick not working
I have an odd issue. Windows (XP) recognizes my Saitek Aviator joystick but Armed Assault does not. I've gone into the control panel and tested the axis controls and buttons and everything checks out fine. Then back into ArmA and nothing. ArmA won't recognize it at all, not even button presses. Any ideas?

Are you using another USB controller like Nostromo?

Re: Joystick not working
Have you downloaded patch 1.08? in the 1.07beta patch, the joystick was FUBAR, but the new patch fixed all issues with it!

Re: Joystick not working
Such a great game but it is without multiple controller support. It's been like this since OFP times so I lost my faith that we will ever see MCS in ArmA.
Solution:
- Detach your nostromo, leave joystick attached
- launch game
- when menu comes, attach nostromo
- game should now recognize both controllers
- you can use max 2 controllers (including nostromo) this way
