It's interesting that they pit a tier two special forces unit against Spetsnaz. Green Beret's are also trained more for and specialize in unconventional warfare while Spetsnaz is more recon. Two very different specialties. Also, being a tier two unit, you can't place them against a country's main special forces unit because it just wouldn't be fair. Now you want to make one with DEVGRU vs. Spetsnaz then fine. Or Delta vs. Spetsnaz then okay. In that case DEVGRU would win. Delta and SEAL's are the only tier one units in the United States armed forces. Again it would be like pitting Rangers vs. SAS. SAS would win outright. Now DEVGRU vs. SAS or SBS, THAT would be something. But if you're talking about intelligence units, ISA(The Activity) trumps all. Even CIA. They did a 'competition' to track a dummy terrorist using SIGINT to see who would be better suited for an operation in Columbia I believe. ISA got the target within 200 metres. CIA didn't get even within 4 miles. ISA is a special unit that provides Delta, DEVGRU, etc. with intelligence before they go into any operational area. There are only about 200 operators in ISA i think i read. Also take into account the CIA's SAD. The Paramilitary officers there are supremely qualified not just for any direct action missions but clandestine intelligence gathering. My favorite though would be ISA out of all. But anyway yeah, pitting a tier two unit against Russia's number one makes no sense to me. That show is kind of retarded. I don't bother to watch it anymore.
