NEW MAP for Server 1 - Schmalfelden
OK all...get downloading...

MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE "NO UNDERGROWTH" VERSION
The server is now loaded and running Schmalfelden..... Domination is the default. IT IS NOT ACE AND THE PARACHUTE FEATURE IS NOT WORKING WELL AS IT HAS THE CURRENT ACE BUG OF NON STEERABLE CHUTES. (he reworked this in his ACE Domination version).
Map is running well, nice and smooth and without ACE weapons...is a little "Old skool!"
This hopefully provides the quick game people are looking for....cuts out some of the drive-by idiots that lone wolf and most importantly add's a difference between server1 and server2.
Third person view will be disabled, we will try again to see what we can do about map markers, etc.
Basically, server1 should be run in "Veteran" mode.

Awesome.
Would have been nice to have a more vegation version, but FPS is important as this island is known for chugging.
Going to start some missions for this soon.

Yep I chose the No veg version as the map is a known FPS hog, so with the numberswe get playing, we didnt really have a choice to try an ensure stability.

I played for about an hour last night, realism is really nice with this map - the terrain, vegetation and towns all have a great feel to them. Lots of buildings to climb into as well. It's also not so huge, which is kindof nice in my opinion.

Played Domination on this map for about 2 hours yesterday an I am hugely impressed. The towns, villages, forests, have all been done to a high standard.
Given that this is a West German/ Central Europe map I would love to see some cold war scenario missions, Warsaw Pact mass armour Vs NATO thin blue line sort of thing

Wow! amazing, can we get this on server 2 as well I'm working on a coop mission for it but I'm sure beta and sam will have some aw some missions for it soon.

We can have CoOp for server1. But we are keeping the two servers different.
