It's probably pretty inappropriate for me to mix in with this, but I wonder what you mean when saying some admins are part of the problem? I just see several admins posting, seemingly slightly frustrated, about not getting any PM's on misbehaviour and saying they like to act more rigorously if they are given proper information. So if you're saying some admins are part of the problem do you mean other admins than the ones posted, or do you see their response as being part of the problem and why? Or do you mean in general besides problems with people not following SOP's the choice of missions run on the server?

I think continuing down this line will not be productive... all point's have been noted by admins and players alike and are being handled as we speak. Whats the saying... "Walk softly but carry a big stick.."

Re: Aug 13, Monday Night Co-op

Here is my take on this. We offered two distinct styles of play here on TG that had nothing to do with each other. We offered that because people begged for it as well as it was a grounds for recruiting people to excel and transition to the CoOp server. It has now proven to be a total failure. The BF2/Evo style of play has bled over to the CoOp server which is totally unsatisfactory. The CoOp server should be and will be again the pillar for excellent tactical missions that are constantly played. CoOp is returning to the limited respawn and concentration on small squad tactics. Blame some of the crappy missions on the overall ArmA community that puts that junk out, the rest blame your peers here. As far as behavioral issues overall, I am amazed at it all. I will personally make sure that part is policed properly and rectified.

That above being said, taking pot shots at my admin team will solve nothing. They are working their asses off to provide TG with fresh and exclusive content as well as providing 2 servers that people are always on. They all are volunteering tons of free time each night trying to give you what you all want. But again, half of this community wants something different, so we are having to work twice as hard. If you do not like the direction ArmA is heading, leave. I am tired of receiving threatening emails daily about “I am leaving”, “I want to go play wherever”.

ArmA has a huge future here at TG, so when all the negativity ceases, maybe we can discuss like mature adults how to improve it as a collective.
