What a nice surprise uh? Game was supposed to arrive on monday...but this morning when I tracked my package it was at the distribution center next to where i live...

I came back from college and was pretty anxious...got to the mailbox only to find that little key... a key to a much larger mailbox next to mine :P. Came back home and thoroughly unsealed the box.

So yeah im pretty excited...played a bit in the armory (thanks god, controls are the same as OFP so i can remember most of em). And I obviously have a few questions.

1st: I read that I can unlock everything in the armory...how?

2nd: If im not mistaken I read there is ArmA Launcher (??) to manage which mods I can use (or something along these line). If its true..what should I use?

3rd: Is there tweaks that can give me a boost in performance? (not that i lag ALOT but i could always use better FPS :P). I disabled AA.

4th: I've been playing with you guys on your PR server for a while...and actually I'm wondering how I can join TG.

Well...im downloading the 1.08 patch on my desktop computer (its wired...faster than the wireless of my laptop and cant be bothered to plug it). so if everything goes well I should be playing with u guys on the server tonight.

There aren't many tweaks that I know of. And yes there is an ArmA launcher, but being bullheaded like I am, I don't use it or know where to get it.

Perhaps you could add the deaf thing to your sig on TG? That way you don't have to post it in every other post on these forums.

4th: Being that Tactical Gamer is a community of like minded gamers and not a "Clan" you are pretty much there. Read the SOP's and rules for the games you're active in and do your best to follow them.

I don't use any of the ArmA launchers. It was actually easier for me to create a handful of shortcuts than it was to figure out a launcher. Typically you always load the same things anyway, but maybe one is Sounds A and the other is Sounds B.
